About Gail Pallardy
Gail Pallardy Lykes understands the residential real estate market and what creates and impacts value! She grew up in the Tampa real estate market working summers in her family's appraisal firm and obtained her sales license while in college. After graduating from the Commerce School at the University of Virginia with a concentration in Finance, she joined Pallardy-Watrous, Inc. as an appraiser. Three years later, she and her husband moved to Vero Beach where Gail managed the residential department of an MAI led appraisal firm. This solidified her understanding of the value influences of residential real estate. Gail and her husband returned to Tampa in 1988. Gail continued appraising but spent more time selling. In 1990 Gail joined Smith and Associates to concentrate on residential sales and enjoy the synergy of a large office dominating the Tampa market. Over the years Gail has made time to volunteer through the Junior League of Tampa, on numerous projects in support of her three daughters' schools, enjoyed serving on the PTSA executive committee and the Academic Foundation at Plant High School, worked on the Cove Behavioral Health annual gala, and been active in Town and Gown in support of USF. Gail appreciates the nuances of the South Tampa market and wants to help you with your real estate needs.
